Working closely with industry professionals is essential for every conscious actor/actress.
Armando Pizzuti, Casting Director (Promises, Time is up, Io sì), will lead us by the hand to achieve the "functional" performance, that is, the right way to face auditions and how to pass them more easily.
Each participant will be assigned a dialogue scene that will be prepared, rehearsed and filmed under the direction of Armando Pizzuti.
All video material will be delivered to the participants.
Registrations are currently open until the maximum number is reached.

A workshop with selection
The Workshop with Casting Director Armando Pizzuti is accessible by sending your own material (CV and photo).
Armando Pizzuti will personally evaluate each candidate.
The small number of participants allows for a semi-individual experience, therefore addressed and shaped to the needs of the individual.
From text analysis to set experience
Hours of practice and exercises to become familiar with the cinematographic medium
The first day will focus on getting to know the group and analyzing the texts and the Casting Director's approach to a new person to audition.
We will then proceed with the first experiments and exercises, with the creation of the first video clips.
A work that will be resumed during the second day, mainly used to film the assigned scenes and become familiar with rhythm, physicality of the actor/actress, audition dynamics and technical notions on film acting.
All video material will be delivered to participants.

The Workshop with Casting Director Armando Pizzuti will be held at the Kopó Theatre in via Vestricio Spurinna, 45/47 (Rome - Numidio Quadrato area).
Both days of the Workshop include set practice for a total of 8 hours.
Saturday 15 April 2023 from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 4pm.
Sunday 16 April 2023 from 10am to 1pm.
The cost of the two days, including all the video material shot, is €220.
To secure your place, you will need to pay in one go via bank transfer.
If you have already participated in previous editions of the Workshop or you are a student of Armando Di Lillo Acting Studio live courses, you can participate with a reserved discount of €40.
You can also participate as a listener (so you will not actively take part in the class by filming direct scenes, but you will still be able to meet and ask questions to Armando Pizzuti) at a cost of €50.
