Your vocal coach directly from Rai 2
Michela Olivieri is a dynamic entrepreneur,
founder and artistic director of the Academy
Sound and Soul in Avezzano (AQ).
Since 2024 he has been vocal coach of the TV format Performer Cup
broadcast on Rai 2 .
She began her career as a singer and performer, discovering her passion for vocals at just 15 years old.
In 2012 he graduated in opera singing at the
Conservatory A. Casella of L'Aquila, continuing his live career in various musical genres and performing on important national stages.
As a teacher, Michela combines impeccable technical rigor with an empathetic approach,
aimed at enhancing the artistic style of each student.
Since 2017 he has been the artistic director of the national contest
Borgo in Canto and collaborates with Fipass and the Pass Method .,
an innovative project that combines sport and entertainment by structuring the innovative figure
of performing arts and sports performers.
In 2020 he takes over the management of UniMetodoPASS
and in 2021-2024 he worked as a production assistant for the Rai 2 Performer Cup format, before becoming its vocal coach.
In December 2023 he published his first treatise on the voice,
In 2024, she is also a university professor at Unicusano
in the Master's Degree in Performing Arts Medicine .

Masterclass Structure
The educational program The obvious things about singing
by M° Michela Olivieri focuses on anatomy
and the conscious use of the voice to improve
vocal skills in a professional manner,
addressing the following key points:
1. Anatomy of the voice instrument
keeping the focus on the concretely perceptible aspects
2. Diaphragmatic breathing
(the real one, not the myth!) - coach's word!
3. Observation and management of physiognomic traits
useful for the professional voice
4. Observation and management of posture
5. Practical work on the approach and management of a piece.
The aim is to provide a complete basic preparation,
theoretical and practical, through a multidisciplinary approach.
Costs and additional information
Accessible enrollment for quality training
The intensive Masterclass will be structured in a first theoretical part and a second practical part.
Open to all levels, it will allow individual training thanks to the approach of M° Michela Olivieri.
Through Learning by Doing,
Each participant will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform a sung piece.
If you wish to participate only as a listener, no practical work on a sung piece is foreseen.
The cost of the Intensive Masterclass is only €120 per person (for participants with a sung piece)
and only €80 for listeners (without singing).
The maximum number of participants with sung piece is 8 people to ensure individual working time
with M° Michela Olivieri.
The maximum number of participants as listeners is 15 people.
