Theory and lots of practice in semi-individual classes (maximum 6 people)
After last quarter's sold out, the only semi-individual intensive course on Practical Aesthetics is back.
In the months of October, November and December 2023.
9 meetings (27 hours total)
From October 19th to December 21st
The course will consist of lectures and practical exercises with the Camera, with the aim of addressing every aspect of Practical Aesthetics, paying particular attention to Cinematic Acting. The course includes a photographic book with an external professional (for a total of 6 photos included per person) and a meeting with a Casting Director.
Registration for the next trimester is now open.
Registration will close one week before the start of the lessons, unless the maximum number of participants is reached in advance.
Who is it for?
Differentiated classes based on level
The Acting Quarterly Course is accessible both to people who are new to acting and want to learn an innovative, practical and fast technique to improve their acting skills, and to professionals in the sector who want to increase their knowledge and compare multiple acting methods, in order to have a wider choice and freedom at work.
Classes will be divided based on previous experience and/or professional training, in order to ensure homogeneity in the work group.
Learning by doing
Many hours of practice to learn better and faster
A massive portion of the course (equivalent to more than half of the total hours) is the on-set experience.
Through Learning by Doing, you will bring the analyzed and rehearsed scenes into the classroom, in front of the camera with your partner.
This will mean that each participant will have the opportunity to take part in double the scenes and, upon request, will have the possibility to have scenes not directly proposed by him/her filmed.
To increase the training offer, a session dedicated to the creation of
3 professional photos with an external professional, 1 private meeting and Simulated Casting with a surprise Casting Director.

Comfortable, functional and protected
The Course will be held at the Kopó Theatre in Rome, in via Vestricio Spurinna, 45/47, (a stone's throw from Metro A Numidio Quadrato, Roma Tuscolana Station and various bus and tram lines that connect the Theatre to the centre of Rome, Termini, Tuscolana and many other areas of the capital)
The Armando Di Lillo Acting Studio classes are itinerant in Italy and abroad.
Therefore, from time to time the reference location and city will be changed in order to allow the courses to be enjoyed by a large and varied number of people.
Costs and registration methods
A transparent service
The cost of the three-month course is €680 (approximately €25/h) including all the filmed and edited video material, useful handouts for the technique exclusively in Italian and integrative sessions with Casting Directors, Photographers and Directors.
To secure your place, you must pay the registration fee of €180 via bank transfer.
The remaining €500 must be paid in a single solution within the first lesson of the course or in two installments of €250 each, the first within the first lesson and the second by the beginning of the second month of lessons.
